Cairns Marathon

The Cairns Marathon is part of the 3M3D event set in the tropical rainforests of Far North Queensland. It is run over the same course and at the same time as Marathon 3 of the 3M3D Grand Slam race. This is the tenth year of the race that is being held. Transport is provided at a nominal fee.

Early Starters - select the early start wave if you are a slower/injured runner. At this stage we've set the early start for 6.00am, but we may yet opt to start at 5.30am. You will need a headtorch if you are an early starter.

There are also other races on the weekend: The 3M3D Grand Slam (9-11 July 2021), the Fig Tree Half Marathon (10 July 2021) and the Lake Morris Road Race (11 July 2021).

Refunds, Credits

Refunds

  • You may Refund yourself the entry cost less 10% until 19/04/2021.

Credits

  • You may exchange your entry for a Credit at a cost of 20% of your ticket price until 19/04/2021.
  • You will have 12 months (from the date of the event) to spend your credit. You may also use your credit to enter someone else.

Instalment Plan

  • You may pay in equal instalments up to a either a maximum set by the organizer or monthly up to one month before the event, whichever is less.
  • There is an additional fee of 1% + £0.50 (inc VAT) for each instalment.
  • You are responsible for ensuring payments are made, missing payments may mean removal from the event and loss of any monies paid to date.
