An Evening with Graeme Obree

Join us for an evening in the company of Graeme Obree, 2 x World Hour Record holder and 2 x Individual Pursuit World Champion. Listen to The Flying Scotsman talk about his career and his battles with mental health issues.

This is a fundraising night to support Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM) who work to raise awareness of male suicide. It is being organised by Men v Miles, who are 5 men cycling from John O'Groats to Lands End and will be at the evening.

We are looking forward to greeting you all on Wednesday evening at Ludlow Brewery for our function to welcome Graeme Obree, and to listen to his stories about cycling, breaking records and also his struggles with mental health.
This evening is being organised by the Men v Miles team who are currently cycling from John O Groats to Lands End and will be at the function on Wednesday night. 

We will be hosting a raffle and auction on the evening. There will be some awesome prizes up for grabs and all monies raised will go to the charity Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM). So please do bring some extra cash to buy your raffle tickets.

Please aim to arrive for 7pm and the presentation from Graeme will begin at approximately 7:30pm.

We hope you are looking forward to our 'Evening with Graeme Obree' on June 19th. The team of cyclists completing the John O Groats to Lands End ride are certainly looking forward to meeting everybody and enjoying a drink and listening to Graeme and his stories of highs and lows.

We only have 30 tickets left for sale and so would like to ask you to share with friends and help us to fill the venue. Please tell them to book up soon.

We will be in touch again a few days before the event to remind you of times, etc.

We will be hosting a raffle and auction after Graeme's presentation and would ask you to bring a few pennies to help us raise as much as possible for the CALM charity who will benefit from the evening. There will be a host of great prizes.
If you are able to donate anything for the raffle we would love to hear from you. Please contact Dermott on [email protected] as he will be organising this. Every item big or small is greatly appreciated.
