Ludlow Beer Run

Combine two of your favourite past times in one great afternoon in the pretty market town of Ludlow, Shropshire. The Ludlow Beer Run takes you through some stunning parts of town, while sampling many of the fantastic beers, ciders and gins brewed locally. This run forms part of the Ludlow Spring Festival which attracts over 100 brewers and food stalls.

Your entry to the Beer Run will get you FREE access to the Spring Festival, where you can continue to enjoy the drinks and live music into the night!

A donation from each entry fee will be made to a local food and drink related charity.

Fancy dress is optional and the theme is: Famous Britains

Why not get together a team of 5, and only pay for 4!

Hi Runners,

Only a few days to go now until the Ludlow Beer Run 2019. The beers have been lined up, the stations are well staffed and we are looking forward to welcoming you.

FANCY DRESS
Remember that is not mandatory but we do like to see you guys turn up in fancy dress, it helps set the right atmosphere for the event. We will even try ourselves. This years theme is Famous British People (just keep it clean).

REGISTRATION
We will be open for signing in at 12pm on Saturday at Ludlow College and the run will begin at 1pm so please make sure you are with us and signed in in plenty of time.

Dear Runner,

We wanted to just keep you updated on news for the Beer Run next weekend. The drinks are in place and we are excited this year to be able to offer a wider variety of drinks including Beer, Cider and Gin. We will also be offering some snacks at some of the drink stations, so you can expect to be very well fed and watered.
We will send out a runner guide by Thursday of next week but in the meantime here is the key information you need......
Registration will be at Ludlow College from 12pm - 12:50pm
Beer Run will begin at 1pm
Beer Run will finish at 3pm
Your entry with us will get you FREE access to the Ludlow Spring Festival to carry on enjoying your day.

Remember that we encourage Fancy Dress for this run to keep it fun. The the this year is Famous Britains, so get your thinking caps on. Just keep it clean please.

Looking forward to seeing you next weekend. Entries are still open so please do share the event with friends and get them involved.
