Clifton Beach Series 3, Race 1 of 2

PLEASE NOTE: The first race for Series #3 will be in February, NOT January as previuosly advertised.

An opportunity to participate in a series of two races/runs over 5km or 10km. Do one or both races/runs in each series.

Ensure you register for BOTH races if you want to do the series as this entry form only gives you access to Race 1 of the two races in this series.

10km competitors - to qualify for the perpetual trophy, you must be present at the both races in the series.

Virtual Runners - this option is only available to those who do NOT attend at the event on either race day. Email through your race times to virtualrunner@dynamicrunning.com.au. We send out the medals after Race 2 on 12 December (Club members must pick up).

Refunds, Credits

Refunds

Race registration is not transferable to other people or to another event. If the competitor is unable to compete, a request for refund of the registration fee must be submitted to the organiser at least one month prior to race day. A 10% administration fee applies to all refunds.

Should the event be cancelled for any reason whatsoever, entry fees in full or part may not be refunded and no liability of any kind will attach to any person, corporation or body involved or otherwise engaged in promoting or staging the event.


Refunds

  • You may Refund yourself the entry cost less 10% until 14/10/2021.

Credits

  • You may exchange your entry for a Credit at a cost of 20% of your ticket price until 13/10/2021.
  • You will have 12 months (from the date of the event) to spend your credit. You may also use your credit to enter someone else.
