Staunton Harold Swim Challenge

The Staunton Harold Swim Challenge is set on a privately - owned estate in the stunning surroundings of Staunton Harold Hall, providing the perfect backdrop for a fun and enjoyable open water swim in the estate's tranquil lake.

You'll receive a bespoke designed Swim Challenge Eco Medal as part of your entry and there is an option to purchase your organic cotton Swim Challenge tee at check out.

Idyllic Lake Side Camping - Why not spend the weekend with us? Your camping spot enjoys stunning views across the lake up to the Hall, also prime location to watch the Triathlon and Swim Challenge over the weekend.

Camping available Friday and/or Saturday evening:

Please note Individual children competing can only compete up to 1km individually but can form a relay team to compete in all the other events.

Distances - for everyone whether in a team or as an individual

​500m - Ideal preparation for the Sprint Triathlon on the Sunday or for first timers.

1km - A nice challenge for those new to open water swimming.

2km - Ideal preparation for half Ironman/70.3 Triathlon events.

3km - A good individual or Team Relay challenge.

4km - Perfect Preparation for all those who have signed up for Ironman events.

Open Water Swimming practice:

These swim sessions are for competitors ONLY entering the events (**We will be cross referencing so any names NOT on our entry database WILL BE REMOVED AND WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO SWIM**) :

These swim sessions allow you to swim in the lakes you will be competing in, fully marshalled by our swim safety team and our swim head coach with be on hand to give you any support and tips should you need it.

Refunds

Refunds

Refunds will only be reimbursed for the following exceptional circumstances: 


• You live/moved abroad - evidence needed • You have been made unemployed due to Covid 19 – evidence needed. 
• Illness or injury meaning you cannot enter future events – outlined below. If none of the above reasons: 
• You may transfer over to another like for like event in the same year and following year only. 

We do however, carry over your entry to a like for like event. Should you follow the correct withdrawal procedure, within the time limits, your entry will be carried over; The withdrawal procedure is as follows:

Send an email more than 4 weeks from the event date info@endophinsport.com with evidence (stated above) reason and event transfer preference if appropriate. 

Any emails within 4 weeks will not be considered – unless exceptional circumstances listed above. 

We will process your event withdrawal and send an confirmation email within 4 weeks of the event you had originally entered has been organised.
