Voted the UK's no.1 event <500 athletes by readers of 220Triathlon. Returning in 2023 under the new direction of Andali Events, this tough duathlon is set around the stunning backdrop of Ludlow Castle. A hilly run is matched by a rolling bike course. Will you be #leftinruins?


New for 2023, in addition to the standard 10km run, 33km bike, 5km run format, we will also be introducing a Short Course option of a 5km run, 20km bike and 2.5km, and by popular request the Junior Storm 2.5km run will also return.
