STORM THE CASTLE

Voted the UK's no.1 event <500 athletes by readers of 220Triathlon. Returning in 2024 for its 10th anniversary edition, this tough duathlon is set around the stunning backdrop of Ludlow Castle. A hilly run is matched by a rolling bike course. Will you be #leftinruins?


Traditionally, this has always been a tough 48km distance duathlon. In 2023 we introduced a 30km Short Course, which proved very popular.

Standard Storm: approx. 10km run, 33km bike, 5km run format,
Short Storm: approx. 5km run, 23km bike and 2.5km,

The Radnor Rascal Junior Storm 800m fun run will also return.
