Refunds

You are eligible for a full refund (minus £10.00 admin fee and 6% online booking fee) up until one calendar month prior to the event. The final date to be eligible for a refund is 24th September 2021. To be eligible for a refund you must email us at dermott@beendurance.com

You are eligible to transfer your entry to another Be Endurance event within the same calendar year (terms & conditions apply). To transfer your entry you must email us at dermott@beendurance.com

We do not offer a deferral policy.

Storm The Castle - Athlete Guide & Day Membership

Dear athlete,

Only a few days to go now until you are on the start line for Storm The Castle. Hopefully by now you have had a chance to look through your Athlete Guide, this was sent out on Tuesday evening and shared on social media. BTF Day Memberships
Any athletes that are not a British Triathlon Member will have paid for the Race Day licence. You are required to bring this with you to registration and please keep it with you on race weekend. You can download your Day Membership from the attachment on this mail.

Race Briefing
We will be sharing a race briefing video on our Facebook page on Thursday and repeated on Saturday. Please look out for this as it will have key race information you must be aware of to have a safe race.
