Staunton Harold Tristar/Youth/Junior Aquathlon

The Staunton Harold TriStar & Youth Kids Aquathlon is set on a privately - owned estate in the stunning surroundings of Staunton Harold Hall, providing the perfect backdrop for a fun and enjoyable open water aquathlon. We will be swimming in the estate's tranquil lake finished by a picturesque run through the National Forest Biggin Wood. Spectator friendly with viewing gallery from the bridge metres away from swimmers!

TriStars Aquathlon (Open Water Swim & Run) 8-14 years **age as 31st December 2023**

TriStar 3 - 13-14yrs - (400m Swim/2.5km Run)
TriStar 2 - 11-12yrs - (300m Swim/2km Run)
TriStar 1 - 9 -10yrs - (200m Swim/1.5km Run)
TriStar Start - 8yrs - (100m Swim/600m Run)
* start times are dependent on entry numbers and total numbers in each wave

Youth A Aquathlon (15-16 Years) 500m/2.5km Run

Youth B Aquathlon (17 Years) 500m/2.5km Run

These swim sessions are for competitors ONLY entering the events (**We will be cross referencing so any names NOT on our entry database WILL BE REMOVED AND WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO SWIM**) :

These swim sessions allow you to swim in the lakes you will be competing in, fully marshalled by our swim safety team and our swim head coach with be on hand to give you any support and tips should you need it.

Idyllic Lake Side Camping - Why not spend the weekend with us? Your camping spot enjoys stunning views across the lake up to the Hall, also prime location to watch the Triathlon and Swim Challenge over the weekend.

Refunds

Refunds

Refunds will only be reimbursed for the following exceptional circumstances: 


• You live/moved abroad - evidence needed • You have been made unemployed due to Covid 19 – evidence needed. 
• Illness or injury meaning you cannot enter future events – outlined below. If none of the above reasons: 
• You may transfer over to another like for like event in the same year and following year only. 
For example: March 2020 triathlon was rolled over (due to covid-19) to March 2021 with an option to transfer to the September ‘end of season’ 2020 Triathlon and the March 2021 event only. The Staunton Harold Triathlon in June is an open water triathlon and not a like for like event with the East Leake Triathlons - March & Sept. 
We do however, carry over your entry to a like for like event. Should you follow the correct withdrawal procedure, within the time limits, your entry will be carried over; The withdrawal procedure is as follows:

Send an email more than 4 weeks from the event date info@endophinsport.com with evidence (stated above) reason and event transfer preference if appropriate. 

Any emails within 4 weeks will not be considered – unless exceptional circumstances listed above. 

We will process your event withdrawal and send an confirmation email within 4 weeks of the event you had originally entered has been organised.
