The 10th 3 Pistes Classic Cycle Sportive

In a short number of years the 3 Pistes Cycle Sportive has turned into an iconic, classic event. Over 1000 riders tackle the 103 mile course that takes in 3 Scottish ski centres (Glenshee, Lecht, Cairngorm), taking them over 5 of the 6 highest roads in the UK, including 4 long climbs with 20% gradients.

Morning and evening coaches from Aviemore to Pitlochry are available to book when you enter. Please note coaches cannot be booked or changed on the day/last minute.

Whats Included?

· A timing chip to be placed on the left hand side of your helmet

· Rider number for back

· Seat post number

· Your race jersey if you ordered one at entry

· Well stocked feed stations and hot food at the finish line

Refunds, Credits

Refunds

Entries are transferable/deferrable only through Racespace before 30th April 2022. Photo ID and helmet are required at registration.

Should we have to cancel or postpone the event you will have the choice of deferring to 2022 or a full refund (minus the Race Space fee).

If you are required to isolate due to Covid or are unable to attend due to government restrictions we will also offer you a deferral or refund upon evidence of positive test or isolation letter.



Refunds

  • You may Refund yourself the entry cost less £0.00 until 14 days after you purchase.

Credits

  • You may exchange your entry for a Credit at a cost of 5% of your ticket price until 27/03/2023.
  • You may exchange your entry for a Credit at a cost of 20% of your ticket price until 27/04/2023.
  • You may exchange your entry for a Credit at a cost of 50% of your ticket price until 21/05/2023.
  • You will have 12 months (from the date of the event) to spend your credit. You may also use your credit to enter someone else.

Instalment Plan

  • You may pay in equal instalments up to a either a maximum set by the organizer or monthly up to one month before the event, whichever is less.
  • There is an additional fee of 1% + £0.50 (inc VAT) for each instalment.
  • You are responsible for ensuring payments are made, missing payments may mean removal from the event and loss of any monies paid to date.

Thank you all for your patience. I've been trying to get everything together in one email so I didn't end up spamming you all multiple times. Inevitably that that has meant this is a bit last minute but the document attached should have everything you need to know for a fabulous day of riding next weekend.

If not I'm fired.

3 Pistes Sportive Bus Transfers

Dear Rider,

We have about 5 weeks left until the 10th anniversary 3 Pistes Sportive. Details of registration will be emailed out in early May but in the mean time can I ask you to check a few things:

If you have booked a bus transfer please take this opportunity to sign into your RaceSpace account and check if it is am/pm... if you realise you booked the wrong one let me know before 30th April so I can make the necessary changes.

If you did not book a bus transfer originally and realise you now need one please email me (info@komevents.com) before 30th April. I need to finalise numbers with the bus company so please don't leave it until the last minute!!!

Now go out and enjoy riding in the sunshine :)
