We'll also take care of the kids for you! The all-new Rascals' Retreat will provide hours of entertainment for your little ones - with games and activities to keep them busy, so you can take on the course (or just enjoy the food and entertainment!) while they tire themselves out...

Instalment Plan

  • You may pay in equal instalments up to a either a maximum set by the organizer or monthly up to one month before the event, whichever is less.
  • There is an additional fee of 1% + £0.50 (inc VAT) for each instalment.
  • You are responsible for ensuring payments are made, missing payments may mean removal from the event and loss of any monies paid to date.

Rough Runner! IMPORTANT TEAM INFORMATION!

Hiya Roughian!

We hope you are well.

You would have by now received your Eventbrite ticket with all your information. However there has been a problem in pulling over the team and wave preference information.

Unfortunately, after trying many different methods, there is no way to move this information from RaceSpace to Eventbrite. Therefore if you want to be registered in a team then you need to follow the below instructions - 


  1. Head to your EVENTBRITE ticket
  2. Click on the ticket
  3. Click ‘EDIT’ in the top right corner
  4. Scroll down to where you enter a team name.
  5. Enter exactly the same team name as your team mates
  6. Save/confirm this at the bottom of the page
  7. Head to www.roughrunner.com/teams/ where this will appear in 48 hours.

Rough Runner - CHANGE OF BOOKING SYSTEM!

Good afternoon from all of us here at Rough Runner. We hope you are well and having a smashing day! 

With a new year there is is sometimes a bit of change and after much deliberation we have decided to move all tickets to a new ticketing platform. You will receive an EVENTBRITE ticket to your email in the next few days. 

THIS WILL REPLACE YOUR CURRENT TICKET - please do not bring your RaceSpace ticket to the event.

Once you receive the email from Eventbrite you will be able to access your ticket. Also all team information will be listed on www.roughrunner.com/teams/ - if you are not on here yet then don’t worry, these things take a couple of days.

Final thing - if you are inviting runners to your team your team mates do this when booking a ticket. One of the questions will be for a team name, they simply need to enter the same team.
