Brighouse 10k

The Brighouse Christmas 10k, a gentle 10k run.
Something a bit different, a one-off 10k Christmas run, limited to just 40 entries with wave starts and a memento for all.

Fancy dress is heavily advised!

We are sure that you are all aware of the current situation in England regarding the lockdown and the guidance around outdoor exercise etc.

The 10k
We will be fully marking out the route on for December 12th and if under lockdown restrictions we will be leaving the route marked until Midnight Sunday 20th!

...Either join us in person on the 12th or if the event has to go virtual you can run from the 12th to the 20th

5 10K
As an added complication due to the current restrictions, we have been requested not to hand anything out at events!
Can you please help a little...
Race Numbers
Your race number for tomorrows event is here, can you please write it on your hand, make your own race number, do something funky... There may be a mince pie in it for the most thoughtful method! (Ooops, now need to work out how we can get away with giving you a mince pie!)
Medals
These will be available for you to pick up in person from a table next to the finish line, there will be hand sanitizer etc,
Waves
Start waves, these will be on a first ready to run basis, as soon as we have a max of 6 on the start line you will be able to start. From 08:30 for the 10k and 09:00 for the 5k.
Again, sorry that we are having to manage events in such unorthodox ways but it all adds to the adventure!
