We are bringing you an opportunity for a little 5k action, a super route, super location and yes there is a medal!

The 5 & 10k

We are sure that you are all aware of the current situation in England regarding the lockdown and the guidance around outdoor exercise etc.

The Plan

The 5/10k was supposed to be taking place on Saturday, Nov 14th, obviously this cant fully happen at the moment so...

The 5k
We will be fully marking out the route on Thursday 12th November and leaving the route marked until Thursday the 19th!
This will give you (those that can!) the opportunity to go anytime night or day between these dates and run The 5k either solo or with that one other person.
All you need do is send us a screenshot, or link to your time; Strava, Suunto, Garmin etc, any method you choose. and we will keep updating the leader board accordingly.
Mementoes will be at Big Shots Café for you to collect. (great excuse to grab a takeaway coffee and snack!)

The 10k
This isn't so simple, we feel that due to the route traversing both Brighouse and Elland it's not good to have this route marked. If you wish to run the route, again share your data with us and we will update a leader board, mementoes for completion will be at Big Shots for you... Route available on our website

Or,

For those who can not visit the area to complete the events on the official routes;
Run either the 5 or 10k around your local area and again share the results with us to be added onto the leader board, your mementoes will then be posted out after the 20th

Or

We will carry your entry over to one of the next events (dates TBC!)
