Refunds
This is nonrefundable ticket to secure a place into the duathlon lottery only, it is NOT an entry into the event.
Instalment Plan
- You may pay in equal instalments up to a either a maximum set by the organizer or monthly up to one month before the event, whichever is less.
- There is an additional fee of 1% + £0.50 (inc VAT) for each instalment.
- You are responsible for ensuring payments are made, missing payments may mean removal from the event and loss of any monies paid to date.

PARKING, REGISTRATION & RACE START
PARKING
The event start and finish is next to registration adjacent to the car park on Bank Street. We are outside (Gazebo) due to local Covid regulations.
PLEASE where ever you park, park sensibly. Otherwise it can lead to the end of any future RUNABLE events in the area!
REGISTRATION
5k
• REGISTRATION - 0800 ONWARDS
• RACE START – 0900
10k
• REGISTRATION - 0800 ONWARDS
• RACE START – 0830
The Duathlon

• RACE START – 0830
You will be starting in groups of 6 every 1 minutes - these slots will be allocated on the day.
Please do not turn up if you have any symptoms of COVID
• We will do a temperature check as you arrive at registration & You will be sent away if your temperature is high
• There will be antibacterial gel to use at the start/finish/registration
• Please wear a mask until you start running
• Friends/family non runners must not approach the registration/start area
• After receiving your temperature check etc, you will receive your race number do not fold this, it must be warn clearly on your front when running.
Please make sure your behaviour is impeccable. Keep well within guidelines and try to keep a low presence while going to the event, as not everyone will be in agreement with the events going ahead and we do not want to give them the opportunity to cause problems for future races.
ROUTE & DROP BAGS
ROUTE
The routes are fully marked, example arrows are dotted around registration and the start area
Marshall Spot (5/10k) - this is at the split point for the 10 and 5k runners, there are no other marshals on the routes
SUPPORT
Support runners are not allowed
Support teams are not allowed
We prefer under the current guidelines not to have any spectators at the moment. But if we do please ask them to avoid registration/start/finish area
Unfortunately, in the current climate anything that happens on race day no matter how unrelated is blamed on RUNABLE and people will be looking for the slightest thing that they can report or complain about.
DROP BAGS
Bags, Jackets, keys etc, can all be left behind the registration area then collected after the event.
RACE FINISH, RESULTS, CLASSES & DOGS
RESULTS
Results will be available WITHIN 1 HOUR after the event, they are usually live on our website seconds after the last person finishes.
PRESENTATION
Due to COVID - 19 restrictions these are having to be very low key, no hand shaking etc, on our socially distanced podium!
CATEGORIES

• 3rd MALE
• 1st FEMALE

• 3rd FEMALE
DOGS
You are allowed to run with your dog BUT they must stay on lead for the duration of the event
• Our ARC insurance does not cover incidents caused by dogs.
• The dog owner must confirm that they have public liability insurance for their dog. Many household policies provide liability insurance for dogs as do many specific pet insurance policies.
• - Owners must clean up after their dog
