Lancaster Three Bridges 10k
The Lancaster Three Bridges is a friendly 10k over an almost flat, scenic route. The race crosses three bridges over the historic River Lune and runs along pedestrian/cycle paths and pavements.
It is suitable for runners of all abilities. Medals for all finishers. For the fast runners, there is a bonus prize of £100 if the course record is broken - currently 32'38 (male) and 36'44(female).
