You simply follow this amazingly well marked 30 mile route (31.7 to be exact!) doing just the 1 lap.

Refunds

Refunds

We do NOT offer refunds for any event entry. At the moment you enter a Team OA event, we incur costs for processing your registration. Weeks before an event all medals, t-shirts and food etc are paid for from your race entry. Where a charity is involved there may have also been a donation made on your behalf. Inline with all other UK based race organisations from January 25, 2014 we no longer offer refunds.



Instalment Plan

  • You may pay in equal instalments up to a either a maximum set by the organizer or monthly up to one month before the event, whichever is less.
  • There is an additional fee of 1% + £0.50 (inc VAT) for each instalment.
  • You are responsible for ensuring payments are made, missing payments may mean removal from the event and loss of any monies paid to date.

Hi and well done to all who made it to the start line and high Kudos to all whop crossed it this weekend.

You are receiving notification of the 2020 event before we go public...

Closes; 31/05/2020 but with places limited to just 100 participants and it is a caee of if you don't sign up you won't get in!

Good morning.

Sorry for the confusion yesterdays email caused!

This weekends event starts at 09:00 NOT 08:00!

Registration will be open from about 7:30.

And No parking at the event centre or on the side road leading to the event centre, you may park along the main road only! visit website for instructions.

Enjoy that extra time in bed!

 If you do think of anything we haven't mentioned on the page please let us know so we can improve the info for everyone! 

 Keep an eye on the weather, although we are keeping the kit list light, we do expect you to be capable of staying safe should conditions change and they do often on the WRU. This link should take you to the up to date weather from the BBC:
