TTC Spring Sprint Triathlon

2018 is the 2nd running of the new (ish) look Tewkesbury Spring Sprint Triathlon! There's a new pool, bike route and run course for this 20+ year-old event.

It's an ideal race for both first timers and seasoned athletes looking to get their season off to a flying start.

The race begins with a 400m swim in the 25m pool at Tewkesbury Leisure Centre, followed by a fast, flat 24k circular bike route around country roads and finishing with a run alongside the historic site of the Battle of Tewkesbury and the River Severn.

​There's plenty of space for friends and family to watch and free on-site parking.

Refunds

Refunds

A full refund is given before 31st March and 50% between 1st April and 30th April.  After that date places are non refundable but can be transferred to another competitor, or TTC event, if the change is made by midnight on 4th May 2018.

Hi everyone 

Thank you for racing today and supporting Tewkesbury Tri, we do hope you all enjoyed your self. Some amazing times considering the hot conditions and a lot of fun was had by all. Morning Racers!

Just one day to go before Tewkesbury's Spring Sprint.

Quick reminder

Starts times will be given when you register. first swimmer will go at 800, slower swimmers first going at 30 second intervals. 100 races so the swim will be finished by 900

630 Registration opens - in the leisure centre reception
640 Transition opens
740 Race briefing
755 Transition closes
800 Race starts
1030'ish Prize giving

Parking for races will be in the field beside the leisure centre, there will be loads of marshals showing you the way.

The weather looks ace, so don't forget to put in you suntan lotion

Dear Racers

Thanks for choosing to race Tewkesbury's Spring Sprint. Just a few days to go now, the weather looks great, the race numbers are brilliant and Tewkesbury Tri are looking forward to welcoming you.

Timings for 6th May

630 - Registration opens, this will be in the reception area of the leisure centre
640 - Transition opens
740 - Race briefing
755 - Transition closes
800 - Race begins
1100'ish - prize giving

Swimmers will be set off 30 seconds apart, with the slower swimmers going first. Specific start times will be allocated to you on the day

Loads of prizes to go for - Male/female 1st, 2nd and 3rd for Open category, along with Vets and
Supervets + T1 and T2 prizes as well. We even have a cash prize sweep stake too so bring along your £1 to enter.

See you all nice an early on Sunday!
