- Open to all 15 years and over on Race Day, under UK Athletics Rules.
- Prizes: 1st 3 men & 1st 3 ladies, and for first finisher in all vet categories.
- One prize per person. Memento for all finishers.
- 1 mile fun run open to all ages; children under 9 must be accompanied.
