As we will not be able to host the annual Ludlow10 run this year we are organising a virtual running of the event. It will be on the same weekend and all profits will go to Ludlow Food Bank.

Virtual Ludlow10 - Event Instructions
Dear Runner,
Thank you for being a part of the Virtual Ludlow10. Of course we would have preferred to be running the streets of Ludlow as usual, and we will miss not being with you there in person, but we will create a community over this coming weekend and engage with as many of you as possible. Your support of the race means a great deal to us, but this year in particular as we will be donating all profits from the event to Ludlow Food Bank. As you can imagine, just like so many local charities this year has been harder than usual and every £1 that we can donate to the Food Bank will be greatly appreciated and support local families in the Ludlow area.
Athlete Instructions:
What you need to do in order to take part this weekend is quite simple but please read the instructions below to ensure you understand how to be involved.
1. You can complete your 10km run on either Saturday 11th or Sunday 12th July. The run can be done indoors or outdoors, it can be flat or hilly, it can include walking, jogging, sprinting, anything you like, as long as you cover 10km.
2. Once you have completed your 10km you can upload your time to our online results. You should log into the Virtual Ludlow10 page http://www.chiptimingresults.co.uk/results.aspx?CId=61&RId=411 then click on your name and will open a screen for you to edit your time. You will be asked to submit your run time, date of birth and preferably a Garmin/Strava link (although this is not essential). You can also tick if your run was completed indoors.
3. The results will be checked throughout the weekend and by Monday morning we will have the final standings. Please note these results are for your own reference, we are not awarding trophies.
4. We will be able to send out your finishers medal by the middle of next week and you will receive this in the post.
