Intro to Aquathlon - Presentation

The Triathlon Training Centre are once again putting on a series of 5 Aquathlons, this time in the picturesque county of Berkshire at beautiful Bray Lake. To assist those new to open water swimming, aquathlons or multi sport events, our race director and 3x Aquathlon World Champ, Richard Stannard, will be hosting an INTRO TO AQUATHLONS at Bray Lake on Sunday 13 May.

Aquathlons are a swim and run multi-sport event, with each competitor completing a 750m open water swim followed directly by a 5km run. Our goal is to create an inclusive race series for all - if you are new to multi-sport or aquathlon racing, join us for this free Intro To Aquathlon presentation.
