Tewkesbury Tri Club has booked the 50m pool at Cardiff International Pool for a 2 hour coached session

This is a great opportunity to swim in one of the UK's best pools, with the aim for these sessions to be on stroke technique and drills, followed by a main set

These sessions are FREE to ALL TTC Members, guests are just £5.00

All abilities are welcome, bring along the other half and make a day of it!
