Southampton Fast Twitch Triathlon

A pool-based Sprint Triathlon situated on the edge of the beautiful New Forest National Park. The bike course heads out towards the historic village of Beaulieu, with the run course going out towards the village of Dibden Purlieu. A great event for novices and experienced Triathletes alike.

Previously run by Concept Sports, Challenging Events are taking over the baton from 2018.

Online entries close 26th September 2018. (Book early to avoid disappointment, the April event sold out!)

Phew! What a fantastic day! 

I hope you all had as much fun as we did this morning. You were all brilliant and such a great bunch of Triathletes!

We are getting a dangerous reputation for improving triathlon bike splits, working with a number of local triathletes right the way up to top Age Group athletes too.

Just a reminder that the Wave Allocations and start times will be issued this evening.  

The first wave is due around 7.15am and the last around 9.30am but this will be confirmed when they are published.
