Setting Up Deals & Promo Codes
Deals and promo codes allow you to convert more participants by incentivising them, adding an additional level of service and in turn participant loyalty. In addition, these deals and codes can be amended and tweaked as you see fit during the event cycle.
When setting up promotional deals or discount/promo codes, there are two relevant parts of your Race Space account to keep in mind. The first is where you create deals and codes that apply across events – this area is called Global Deals. The second is called Event Deals and is for creating deals and codes that apply to a single event.
