Race Space has a feature that automatically prompts those that have viewed your event but not entered. You can switch this on or off in the Racer Services section of the Event Creator.

This feature emails people that began the checkout process, reminding them that they haven’t completed entry. They will receive a series of two email reminders, one a day after they viewed your event, another a week later.
