Automated Refunds

If you wish to allow refunds under certain circumstances you can set the parameters and allow your participants to operate these themselves. You can activate this feature, as well as set the parameters in the Racer Services section of the Event Creator.

An example of a parameter might be allowing a full refund within seven days of purchase, or a partial refund up until a certain date. The refund cost can also be a percentage or monetary deduction from the original ticket value. You can put any number of rules in place and this will populate the Refunds section of your event page to let participants know what their options are.

Participants can then operate their own refund through their Racer Dashboard.
