Booking Protection

Booking Protect is a third party service that is seamlessly integrated into Race Space. If you add it to your events (by switching it on in the Racer Services section of the event editor) your participants will be given the option of protecting their purchase for an additional small fee.

10% of this fee will be returned to you as an additional income stream.

Booking Protect offers purchasers refund protection against the following:

• Public transport / mechanical disruption
• Personal / family member injury (inc pre-existing)
• Death for (purchaser / family member)
• Jury service
• Redundancy / relocation
• Burglary / fire
• Armed forces protection
• Adverse weather which prevents you from using your entry
